Thermal Dispersion Hydraulic Lubrication Integrated System:
Composed of a hydraulic regulation unit and a thin oil lubrication unit. The hydraulic circuit precisely controls the gap between grinding discs, and the tool automatically retracts under overload to avoid impurities, preventing hard materials from damaging the discs. The lubrication circuit continuously supplies oil to the main shaft and thrust bearing to reduce temperature and counteract friction heat from the pulp. Multi-point interlock alarms are set for oil pressure, oil temperature, and filter blockage, eliminating burnt bearings and shaft seizure under high-temperature, high-load papermaking conditions, ensuring continuous processing of pulp hot-melt kneading.
