Conical Mill Hydraulic System:
It is divided into a gap-adjustment hydraulic circuit and a lubrication auxiliary circuit. The hydraulic cylinder drives the moving cone to move axially, achieving precise micro-adjustment of the grinding disc gap, thereby controlling the pulping degree of the slurry. When hard impurities such as metal or stones enter the slurry, the system quickly depressurizes and automatically retracts the tool to prevent grinding disc collisions and damage. The system is equipped with a hydraulic lock to secure the working position, and it stops automatically in case of abnormal oil pressure. It is suitable for continuous high-load grinding conditions in paper pulping, effectively reducing equipment failure rates.
