High-Concentration Grinding Hydraulic Lubrication System:
It consists of a hydraulic regulation circuit and a thin-oil lubrication circuit. The hydraulic part precisely fine-tunes the grinding disc gap and provides protection by retracting the blades during shutdown. The lubrication system continuously supplies oil to the main shaft and thrust bearing to cool and carry away the large amount of heat generated by grinding. Equipped with pressure interlock, dual alarms for oil temperature and pressure, and a filter blockage warning device, it prevents dry-grinding damage and disc collisions under high-load papermaking pulping conditions, significantly extending the service life of core components and ensuring stable pulping operations.
