Thin Oil Lubrication Station:
It uses an oil pump for forced circulation, supplying clean lubricating oil to the spindle, thrust bearings, gears, and other friction pairs, removing operating heat and flushing away wear debris. The system integrates a heater, cooler, dual-tube filter, pressure and temperature sensors, and alarm devices. It will automatically trigger an alarm or even interlock shutdown if the oil pressure is too low or the oil temperature exceeds the limit. Widely compatible with heavy-duty equipment such as high-concentration mills, heat dispersers, pelletizers, and gear reducers, effectively preventing dry grinding burn and extending the service life of core components.
