This hydraulic system serves as the power unit for rope removal equipment in the pulping section, performing a full set of actions including cylinder compression of rope bundles, hydraulic cutting at the blade, and waste hopper unloading. The system is equipped with overload and relief protection, automatically releasing pressure when hard objects cause blockage to prevent damage to the cylinder and blade. A built-in buffer valve in the oil circuit ensures low cutting impact and stable operation. It can continuously remove plastic ropes, wires, and packing straps from waste pulp, preventing hard objects from entering high-concentration mills and high-shear dispersers, which could damage the grindstone, ensuring continuous and smooth production of the entire pulping line.
