Working Principle of the Thin-Oil Lubrication Station

The oil pump draws lubricating oil from the reservoir, passes it through a filter, and then cools it (or heats it) via a heat exchanger before delivering it to various lubrication points through a distribution pipeline. After lubrication, the return oil flows back to the reservoir-either by gravity or via a return pump-enabling recirculation. Under continuous operating conditions, the thin-oil station must simultaneously meet specific requirements for oil flow rate, pressure, temperature, and cleanliness; therefore, when selecting equipment, manufacturers must precisely calculate pump parameters, heat exchange surface area, and filtration precision based on the specific operating conditions.
