2-Meter Insulating Glass Production Line Hydraulic System:
Equipped with a hydraulic system specifically designed for a 2-meter large-format insulating glass production line, it drives the lifting of the lift table, switching of the flipping mechanism, overall pressing of the glass assembling platform, and leveling and bonding of aluminum spacers. It uses multi-point synchronized pressing with adjustable pressure flexibility to prevent edge chipping of tempered glass under pressure. The hydraulic lock maintains long-term pressure to prevent leakage rebound, and the built-in hydraulic buffer valve reduces operational shocks. It can meet the requirements for smooth glass assembly and sealing compaction of large insulating glass panels, ensuring alignment accuracy and sealing reliability of double-glass units, and is suitable for continuous mass production on the assembly line.
