Pultrusion Machine Hydraulic Servo System:
This system is the core electromechanical-hydraulic integrated unit of a pultrusion production line. It consists of a servo variable pump, electro-hydraulic servo valves, and pressure/displacement encoders forming a full closed-loop circuit, completing four major actions: synchronous uniform-speed pulling of front and rear traction cylinders, constant-force clamping of the fixtures, mold locking and pressure maintenance, and hydraulic cutting of the finished product in sync. It can compensate in real time for fluctuations in resin curing resistance, with traction force fluctuation ≤±0.5% and speed control accuracy of ±0.02 m/min. The system features built-in overload relief, bidirectional cushioning, and hydraulic lock pressure maintenance functions, ensuring high consistency in forming profiles with complex cross-sections, significantly reduced idle energy consumption, and suitability for continuous production of fiberglass and carbon fiber composites.
